DIY Support Plan
Basically, you prepare and submit the documents and we do listing up, check-up and translating of the required documents.

What you do
- Collecting documents in the required document list
- Prepare all application documents
- Send the application documents to our office, and correct checked part
- Submit the documents to the immigration office
- Handle questionnaire, explanation of your situation/status, request for additional documents from the immigration office
- Receive a result notice

- Prepare all application documents for application for visa and status of residence
- Prepare statements of reasons
- Support for general procedures for application for visa and status of residence
- Translation *additional fee may be charged depending on type of language and documents or volume of documents
- Submit the application documents on behalf of you (visit the immigration office: 1st time)
- Handle questionnaire, explanation of your situation/status, request for additional documents from the immigration office on behalf of you

- Receive new Residence Card in case of change and renewal (Visit the immigration office: 2nd time)

- Collect all documents issued by your home country in the required documents list
